Najoh Tita-Reid has been appointed by Mars, Incorporated as the Chief Brand and Experience Officer (CBExO) for its pet care segment. From 20th November, she will be at the forefront of Petcare’s growth plan. Tita-Reid will be in charge of brands such as Pedigree, Greenies, Whiskas and Nutro, among others.
As Petcare’s first-ever CBExO, she will be responsible for developing a more seamless brand and consumer experience in all facets. The newly created role is part of Mars’ move towards digitalization and technology. A global leader in pet nutrition, health, and services businesses with an annual revenue of $19 billion, Tita-Reid’s appointment is anticipated to accelerate the company’s business development and growth.

At the moment, she serves as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Logitech. She is responsible for marketing the company in 120 countries, brand equity, creative, branded and direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms, and other duties. Tita-Reid joined the company in 2020 as Global Marketing Reinvention and was soon promoted to Global Commercial Marketing Head, B2B and Consumer Retail.
Previously, Tita-Reid served as Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Hero Group and Vice President, Country Division Head, UK, Ireland at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. She worked at Merck as Global Strategy Leader, Commercial Operations Leader, Global Western Markets, and ultimately General Manager, Western Europe.
Tita-Reid began her career at Procter & Gamble as an intern. She worked at the company for nearly two decades as Global Sales Management, P&G Marketing Dot Com Start-up: Business Development Manager, Brand Management, and Associates Marketing Director, Multicultural Marketing. She went on to serve as Senior Vice President at Global Hue Advertising Agency.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Spelman College and an MBA from Duke University. Najoh Tita-Reid is a co-founder of the Black Executive CMO Alliance, an organization that provides a space for Black marketing C-Suite executives to share, learn, elevate, and create more opportunities for the current and future generations of Black marketing leaders.
